Client: White Fox Creative Design & Denbighshire County Council

I was approached by White Fox design to work in collaboration with them to develop an illustrated children’s trail of the Drift Park on Rhyl’s West Parade for Denbighshire County Council. White fox devised the trail and took care of the design and layout of the trail leaflet, and I created an illustrated map of the Drift Park to their specification.

The most important elements of the brief were that the map should have a fun and busy feel, and show children playing and having a great time. But it was also important that the layout of the Drift Park and its landmarks were shown accurately enough that families could use the map to navigate their way around.
