Client: Bolton Castle, North Yorkshire

I was commissioned to create an illustrated map to be used on Bolton Castle's visitor leaflets. They wanted a map which had a fun and lively feel, and that showed the castle as a fun place for families to visit. Bolton Castle have a wide range of activities for children on offer and wanted the map to reflect this. However it was also important that the map be accurate enough for people to use to find their way around.
