My new shop is finally open, selling hand coloured silk screen prints of some of my illustrations and drawings. I will be expanding the range over the next few weeks, as I create more prints and hope to establish a good selection in time.

I am going to be setting up a 'shop' page on my website, and am expanding my range of prints for sale. I have just finished painting my first set of Owl prints.

These are hand silk screened black line prints, which are then individually hand coloured using watercolours.

Due to the hand painted nature of each print, each will vary slightly in colouring.

The three available owl prints shown above are Barn Owl, Tawny Owl and Scops Owl, and each measures 5 x 7 inches. They are suitable for framing in a standard 5 x 7" frame, or in a larger frame with a mount.

Printed on 350gsm heavyweight watercolour paper.

Owl prints are £15 each, supplied unframed and posted in a board back envelope.

Postage within the UK is £2.00 for Recorded Delivery, £2.50 to Europe, and £3.00 to the USA, Canada and rest of the world.

I'm pleased to say that after much experimentation and messing around with ink, I finally have some silk screen prints for sale.

This Cheeky Chameleon is a hand pulled silk screen print taken from an original pen and ink drawing. Each print is then coloured by hand using watercolours.

Available in a range of 4 colour schemes as shown here.

Prints measures 8 x 8 inches, on 350gsm heavyweight paper. They are unframed, but suitable for framing in a standard 8 x 8 inch square frame.

I have designed and hand printed these 'Snow Penguins' greeting cards which I am selling. Each is a hand pulled screen print on 350gsm art paper, signed by myself, and mounted on silver-grey card with a subtle metallic sheen. Comes with an envelope and wrapped in a cellophane sleeve. Each card is individually printed, so there may be very minor variations between cards.

Cards are £4.00 each, plus £0.60 postage within the UK, £1.30 postage to Europe, or £1.80 postage to the rest of the world.

My photo emulsion has finally arrived, so I have just exposed my first Photo Emulsion coated screen.

Above you can see the screen, and positive during exposure, and then below the screen after I had just given it a good blast of water to remove the Photo Emulsion.

I will be printing this design as soon as the screen has dried off. It's called 'Night Owl' and is a departure from my normal style, but am enjoying using silk screen printing as a chance to be creative, and have fun outside of my normal drawing style.

I will be selling my prints, so will keep you posted!
